Aldi’s is always great. I give three stars because it needs updating and a deep cleaning. Not gross, just needs a good spring cleaning.

What happened to this place? After spending nearly an hour in the store, there was 12 of us standing up front waiting to get checked out. Not 1 worker was up front at any of the 5 registers. After 5-10 min of standing and waiting for someone to come up, an employee walked up to the front and she announced the next person in line can head over to register 2. My son and I headed to that register and started unloading our cart and as another employee came up front, they announced register 5 was now open. As we were standing and waiting for someone to ring us up, no one came and so I asked the lady who said register 2 was gonna be opened and she then replied with no, it’s register 5. And I continued and said you had told us register 2 and she agreed but apparently they changed their mind on what register they were gonna open and didn’t even bother to acknowledge us or tell us they could help us at that register, instead they had us standing there with all of our cart now unloaded on the belt without any acknowledgment from any employee. I have always came to this ALDI location but it’s been a while. Where did the good customer service go? I ended up leaving very disappointed and annoyed and decided I will no longer spend my money with a company who doesn’t appreciate its customers. I would much rather spend more money for better service elsewhere.

Check out was sloppy. They were not carefully with the fruit and vegetables. Staff is turning over too often. But meat supply was good.

First Aldi experience, was interesting. They had everything I needed, I don't stress brands or anything but they truly did seem to have everything in their own brand like honey nut Cheerios and frozen pizzas. The prices were on point, no membership required for anything. The pizza in the picture was 5 dollars and is equally good as papa Murphy's. I will likely go back, no reason not to. Oh the place was smaller inside than I thought it would be, not sure why it felt that way but like I said most items were there and easy to find.
