Closed on a Friday night at 8??? Apparently no one wants to work. Same at Smash Burger right next door. Streets are packed. Cars driving in...clearly there are paying customers out right now. What a shame.

FAST,FAST,FAST, Nine cars in the Drive-Thru when I pulled in, that's a no for me. I am going in, no one in there. Right up to the counter, 2 Cheeseburgers 🍔 and small fry and Diet Soda. Food was out before I got my soda and condiments ready. Burgers were hot, Fries 🍟 were fresh, soda was flat, but pretty perfect. Life is good. Have compassion for people, you don't know there struggle.😊

I was waiting in a line of 4 cars in the drive thru for at least 15 min, when finally some one came on and said we are closed for the night. The person that came in and said that had been sitting in their car the whole time. Their hours say the close at 10pm, this all happened at 6:45pm. No sorry for the wait or anything just a we are closed for the night. I wasn’t the only person in the drive thru that was sitting there for a while waiting either, I’d understand if it was like 15 min to close or I showed up and was legitimately after there normal hours of business but this was not the case. Needless to say I will be taking my business else where, this isn’t the first time things like this have happened.

Only ever two people working. 30 minute wait time for 2 burgers. Can't make 2 separate orders. No dinning in. What a joke. You would have better service if you just closed it down.
