If they are aluminum rims make sure you cut out the rubber stem and pound off the lead weights you'll get a lot more money you will go from 26 cents a pound to about $0.60 a pound

No, the only time they take wheels that are still attached to the rims is when you bring in the whole car then you're only allowed five tires and rims.
