Friendly, and professional. The forklift operator carefully reviewed the BOL with me to ensure all numbers matched up. A great touch which added to the general sense of professionalism. The forklift operators are also proficient. Many times in other locations you get a little bit nervous about the people operating forklifts as they tend to not know exactly how close to get to a vehicle or where to put the skids. Not so here.
