Am I allowed to come here and recycle plastic, aluminum, cardboard? Because my neighborhood does not have a recycle pick up.

No, they only take "organic" waste meaning unprocessed plant matter like lawn trimmings, bushes, trees, etc.

Do they recycle cardboard? If not do know where I can go to recycle cardboard?
