So many issues. No insulation between units in the walls, could hear everything my neighbor did plain as day. Management was ineffective at handling issues in a timely manor or at all. Roof leaked and mold was growing in the ceiling. I had a skin rash on my neck that I kept going to the dermatologist for. Three weeks after moving out - it went away. Had to call the city inspector multiple times and PK Management received multiple blight violations over the period I lived there. Management was never in the office or available. The maintenance team was grossly under qualified and incompetent; broke more things trying to complete work orders and never cleaned up after themselves. The HVAC system had to be switched over meaning if it was in a/c mode you couldn’t have heat and vice versa and when it really counted the systems didn’t work at all. Save your time and money and don’t rent here. A majority of the reviews are fake and from people that never lived at Rainer Court. 12/18/2020 In Response to your update: 1) The staff wasn’t the issue as the staff turned 4 times while I loved there. The management company was / is the biggest issue. 2) The mold is in the space between the 4th floor ceiling and roof. One of the maintenance men cut a hole in my ceiling and it smelled like something had died there after. 3) If you’d like copies of the violations for address 711 W. Alexandrine St. I’d be happy to send you copies. I was personally there when the city inspector issued a few of them. I also have photos of when the city taped them to the front door. 4) I hope you did fix the HVAC system... 5) The only thing that made the year I lived there enjoyable was the 4 months of free rent because things were so bad. In response to your response to my response from 12/8: If you say so.... P.S. A majority of the reviews posted here are from people that never lived here or took a “tour”. P.P.S. You keep deleting the photos of the blight notices I post to the review. POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

Ghetto customer service! The person answered the phone like they was answering their home phone. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Stoping in just to inquire, turned into a move in. Ms Trena was so helpful and nice. She showed me the unit and I fell in love with its. It was cute quiet and clean. All updated appliances and beautiful flooring.

I went for tours of the Rainer Court & Selden Apartments on Today 02/17/2021, My experience and encounter with the Property Manager Trena was nothing short of amazing. She was a pleasure to meet, very helpful and accommodating. I didn't get the feeling of someone being nice just to sell me something, more so just a genuine caring person. Thanks!
