You'll get it mailed after you get your tag...and If you already have just go up there with proof of final payment. Not sure the cost of that.

For starters.. you won't be able to renew your license at this location since its only the tag office. Try looking for the nearest Georgia DDS and if you're just renewing your license.. go during the week so there aren't a lot of people and you can just walk in without an appointment!
Sign and date the title with them whomever is the owner of the vehicle is the seller and the purchaser will have to take it into the DMV whenever it opens and register it there

This is not the location you go to. You need to go to DDS in Marietta on county services Rd. She can also request it online dds.ga.gov

It should be pretty easy for you since you are a veteran. Just get your car's emission checked and I think could probably have good luck getting your tag online. Plus if you are a vet you shouldn't have to pay for the tag renewal at all. I took care of this for my dad online who was in the air Force for 24 years. Emission/online/NoCharge. Easy.
