As a visitor, my only complaint is about the smoker on the 8th floor. Everytime I visit our family friend I smell smoke. We thought there was a no smoking policy in that building. Yet the guy sits on his balcony smoking cigars every day and no one seems to care. The smoke travels to other apartments and it's very unpleasant.

This apartment building is clean and very well maintained. The air is always fresh and the hallways are bright and cheery. Maintenance is always eager to help someone in need or an issue in a unit. Activities are held regularly and movie nights, bingo and cards are the most looked forward to entertainment . Everyone is friendly and seems to very much enjoy living at Hubbard Manor West Apartments.
