I went in for a work respiratory clearance test and the medical assistant who performed it had no idea what he was doing. He kept telling me I wasn’t breathing hard enough and that I was failing the test. After about 20 minutes(of a test that’s supposed to take less than 5 to my knowledge) and many minutes of him lecturing me on how to breath, he told me I failed but could try again after seeing the doctor. The doctor came in a few minutes later, and when I asked if I had passed the clearance test she looked at me like I was crazy and said of course I had(my numbers apparently far exceeded the needed result). In the end (and after 40 minutes in the waiting area) I did leave with everything completed, but to say the least it was a very unpleasant experience to be told I was gonna loose my job because I am medically unfit to wear a mask by someone who obviously has no idea what they were doing.

Horrible customer service, they hide information about your insurance or lack of knowledge, not sure what’s going on with rude receptionist in pediatrics , would expect better from Shrewsbury, they need to requalify staff, looking for new location, doctors don’t even stay here, don’t waste your time like they do to yours.
