I was wondering if Dr. Preeti Jain is located at this Reliant Medical Group?

Hi Holly. Dr. Jain is currently at our North Lake Avenue location in Worcester, but she will be moving to our new Shrewsbury office when it opens. She is currently accepting new patients.
