We chose Cortese Construction Services to do a full tear-out and remodel of our kitchen and dining room. The objective was to expand the dining area and update the entire space (cabinets, floors, lighting, appliances). The project start was delayed due to Covid issues in 2021, but once started moved along quite well. We were very pleased with the project oversight and scheduling. The work crew was very professional and skilled, displaying exemplary craftsmanship in each area. The end product is all we could have hoped for. We're very pleased.

Tried to have them come out for a fairly large project, but couldn’t schedule an appointment because the estimators don’t work past 4pm, and the girl on the phone can’t comprehend the need to communicate with management to make accommodations.( I work full time and go to school) for a later appointment. If that’s too much to ask, I’m certainly not going to spend 20-30k with them.

Tyler and the entire Cortese team were polite, responsive and attentive to what I wanted accomplished. I was pleased with my time spent communicating with them. I was looking for a 8x10 sunroom replacement, with some electrical ran and flooring put in with paint on the back wall. The foundation was already in place. Ultimately we could not reach an agreement. I just felt over 25k was excessive for what was considered a simple job for them. I wish I could of met their labor costs, as I have no doubt the results would of been excellent. Thank you Cortese for your professional responses.

We had to reach out multiple times to even speak to someone. When I did get someone on the phone she acted as if she was being inconveniened, they couldn't schedule someone to come out for an estimate for 3 weeks. Then you are scheduled 3 weeks later to review the estimate at their showroom. Only after you agree THEN they will schedule your job..... next year!
