Yes, it is safe and clean. They are installing a new ac blower and security fence was installed and gates will be on once ac is done. Its a secured bldg, there are visitors always coming and going. There is constant monitoring of bugs with trained dogs. Its non smoking on the whole property. There is bussing for shopping and occasional events like DIA. Food and drug stores literally across the street!
