The car I had originally wanted was not available online, and I had planned to go to a different dealership. However, Mary called me and reassured me that they would find me something similar, and would work with me on the price. They not only came down on the price, but they also gave me above the KBB cash offer! They truly worked their hardest to find me a great car, and provide me with a great experience. Mary not only catered to my wants/needs by being an amazing sales woman, but she was also up front and honest (which you do not always see at a dealership.) I definitely recommend heading over to Mission Ford, because they’ll take care of you especially during these hard times. Yes. The shops that reduce the costs to cover your deductible are typically not certified repeir centers that offer a lifetime warranty. Fairlane Ford body repairs are lifetime warranty. Those other shops its repaired today rusted tomorrow too bad for you.
Repair time varies depending on the type of recall. We are able to complete most recall work within the same day the vehicle is dropped off in the morning. In addition, we offer a complimentary shuttle service to drop you off back home or at work while the vehicle is being repaired, and we will pick you back up when the work is done. If we anticipate that the repair will take several days, we have a loaner vehicle program to offer our customers. As for back log, we are typically able to schedule appointments for customers needing recall repairs within a few days. Though there are a few specific recalls that require specialty work, and those may take a week or two before securing an appointment.
