Beware we had our car stolen out of their parking lot. They smashed the window and drove off. Take a drive through their parking lot and notice the broken glass all over from the many other cars that have been stolen. Of course there are no cameras or security. Beware because the Union doesn't care about the safety of your kids that are in the parking lot at the same time these cars are being stolen.

Was done well but could be more prompt

At first everything was fine, I had moved in June of 2021 and there were no problems. As time went on I noticed when things need to be fixed they weren’t because the front office is ran by children. There are no office managers available when you need to talk to someone. They shut down the trash shoot so we could have a trash valet service but then they would charge you if you have too much trash (btw there are 4 people in the apartment) or left it out to late. I just moved out in August and they took $125 of my $200 deposit for “cleaning and repainting” but my room and area was spotless when I left. Just know they will charge you for unnecessary things and then when you need something fixed they won’t come and will ignore you.

Management staff is never available emergency service takes days to respond to request. I’ve been locked out of my apartment for five days I called three times and sent three emails I just get bounced around and shrugged off. Luckily all the trash bags in the hallways make nice bedding.

You need to be a student in Wayne county.
Yes, in each apartment
There is a Q-Line stop right outside the property which will take you to Downtown Detroit. There is also a public bus stop on cass right outside the building.
No, we do not require renter's insurance
Yes! Water, heat, waste, electricity, trash, cable, and internet service are all included in your monthly rate.
We do offer individual leases! For our units that offer multiple bedrooms (like the two-bedroom), individual leasing means you are only responsible for one- not all- of the bedrooms in the unit.
The deposit is $200 and is refundable if the unit is left in good condition, as specified in the lease.
No- unless the loan is directly distributed to the student. We don't accept any FAFSA vouchers directly.
Hi Hannah! We allow dogs and cats if they are registered emotional support animals. Besides that, we allow pets if they are in a 10 gallon tank or less.
You need to go to the leasing office and ask them
Nahh gotta call and ask them
Call them. It's unlikely rhey check goovle maps questions.
They have rent plans for like 9 or 12 months at a time.
The spots near any doors are almost always full. Guests will most likely have to park all the way in the back lot. With only one way to get into the building without walking thru the mud or snow it really sucks. The whole place is overpriced and under terrible management.
