We had been inquiring everywhere and there was no availability in the time frame we needed. I had gotten an email one day from Maple Grove with 2 availabilities in our time frame. Running out of time, We took a risk in applying online, site unseen even with the reviews I read online. I have to say the application process was painless and everything was done online. We got approved fairly quickly and came and picked up our keys. I was pleasantly surprised, the apartment is cozy, nice new cabinets and appliances, I love having a dishwasher again! One small maintenance issue (non emergency) that was reported the day we got our keys 8/20. Eric the maintenance man came last week and fixed the issue, he was very polite and did a great job!!! It's very quiet here compared to our last apartment and so far we love it. We've been to the pool twice, it's a nice pool with a lovely lounge area for relaxing!

In a word? Ohkay, two words. Wonderful and fabulous. Far exceeded my expectations as a tenant. The grounds, the personnel? Blew me away, in a good way. I selected Maple Creek Apartments after very careful research as to my new home location. Not only is the Sterling Heights infrastructure top tier? Named ' Safest city in Michigan in 2019 ', as well. Maple Creek is at the very heart of this superb spot on the globe. Other cities and communities ' claim ' to be dynamic, progressive, and unique. Maple Creek Apartments of Sterling Heights actually IS so. Marrying a gal, to begin a family here. She said ' YES '! And I say ' YES ' to living happily in Maple Creek Apartments ... : )
