The Reserve at Westland is a very nice place to live. The grounds are very well maintained. I love the floor plan and the 2nd floor units have a bonus room with a window and built in shelves. The manager Tiffany is always very helpful, kind, professional and responsive. Everytime I have called my concerns were addressed right away. The maintenance staff do a great job as well. I absolutely love living here!

My sister just moved into this apartment the grounds are beautiful it's real to your accessible tea or buzzed in only for visitors I feel she is going to be very safe living there

Do not come here! These guys never pick up the call. Had a maintenance issue… called them for a week… never picked up the call. Went in the office they said their office was under construction so they do not have phone lines setup. I am writing this in August… and they gave me the same reason today! Things were very smooth when this was Fountain park apartments!

Edit: Not a big fan of the rent increases and mtm fee increase in name of updated club/pool house and gym. Gym is a big exaggeration... quite literally it is 2 single treadmills and an elitptical. And why is water charges divided per building use? Depending on number of people in a unit this is a very unequal distribution. Just moved in. So far it's been a great experience as a young professional. The staff are friendly and helpful. Neighbours are quiet and likeable. Apartments are spacious and have all amenities that you could need. The covered parking is indeed a blessing for Michigan winters. Update: the maintenance team is quite prompt too
