This is in reality a long-term RV and mobile home park. They currently have 24 spots out of around 275 that are transient. The spots are tight but our spot at #66 had the road to one side so we had more room. We had a large shade tree that helped until late afternoon. Large, individual shower/bathroom combos and a large laundry room. Nice pool and activity center with a pool table, puzzles, TV, etc. The major flaw to us was that to leave and go forward we would have to go over a curb, not a slant, but a curb. Instead we backed down the narrow row that we came in on. Not all the spots are like that but ours were. We would visit here again because it is near the friends we were visiting.

We were the ones with the graffitied bus. Sandy Lake is beautiful, clean, and friendly place to stay. You can tell they take really good care of the park. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Sandy Lake community, for welcoming us. Looking forward to the next time.

Not too sure
I pay 550 plus light
Most likely, I have not seen a lot of large breeds here but as long as they are leashed at all times and not left outside, it should be fine. I would call to verify.
Ok i guess
They accept all dogs. Need them on a leash
No to all ur questions. Try Budget Suites of America. They r everywhere! We stayed there 9 months. It's about $950 per month. But that's w electric, phone and cable. Laundrymat on site.
I called and they have a waiting list, I’m on the waiting list
No tents. They cater to rvs and there is no small number of mobile homes parked as permanent residences, but no tents.
I don't know. I just have some friends that live there. It's a very nice park.
I'm sorry we don't have tent camping sites
You need to call them and ask them these questions .
Sandy Lake is no more .Closed
Thanks for reaching out, Paul! Sandy Lake MH & RV Resort is about 21 miles from Texas Ranger Stadium in Arlington. Hope to see you soon!
U don't think so but very limited availability David and Wendy are good people they don't bite call
Did you ever get an answer to this question?
No you rent a lot

I can tell you they have long term spots. Cant tell about site availability.
You would have to call the office
Nope
Yes
They are always booked. You better call and reserve your spot
No. They don't store
there are people here with non moving rvs and self built mini homes
how much would it cost to rent a spot for a year
They do it by car load and it 10 dollars a car load.
560. Water, sewer & wifi. U pay electric.
If they have a space big enough for your unit they'll take you in. I'm not sure if there are different prices for different sizes but we always payed $550.00 plus electric.
About 550 without Bill's but has free wifi
Better to have a reservation sometimes the wait is long. Nice place to be good location. And be sure to have a toll tag if you want to make it around traffic.
About 45$ per night.
How do i let you know about false information on a map if theres no damn place to notify you? All you got on here is somewhere to eat. More important things than spending $on food. USA is the most obese nation on earth. ON EARTH. The DPS office you have tagged at Josey Ln. and Belt Line in Carrollton, Tx. is no longer open for Drivers Licenses. Its now located at Sam Rayburn Tollway,(SH 121), and Carrollton Prkwy and is.open for business. Find somewhere to put this besides a restaraunt, willya? Thank you.
