Great, caring individuals working at reception. I could tell they were also very knowledgeable about pets by the phone conversations I overheard while I was there. 🤣 Nurse was very kind and informative. Doctor was also very kind, informative, and presented options for care. The only reason for not giving the 5th star is because I was there for a long time. I understood since other pets were ahead of us, but you know. :) Thank you!

I had to take my elderly dog on the weekend because she wasn't herself. They were kind but honest about her condition, and gave me the option to make her comfortable and see our regular vet on Monday rather than the expensive tests through their facility. Very kind and people.

The vet was fantastic. He provided a detailed explanation of what could be causing our dog’s illness, provided various options and let us ask a lot of questions. The deduction of 1star is based on the rushed and abrupt treatment by the office lady with the long gray hair. She came in after the doc to provide the estimates. I asked a question about the X-rays as I understood we’d only do that if the blood work turned up further concern. She was very snappy and said if you don’t want it sign that one. And, you know we close at 10 so wouldn’t be able to do it anyway.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everybody went above and beyond to make sure my poor hurt cat was immediately triaged and taken care of. The cost of everything was explained to me before it was done and they worked to make sure that my pet got exactly what he needed or didn't need. The staff was so caring and kind. I would recommend this place 10 times over
