Horrible customer service. They significantly mark up damaged clothes and try to sell at full price. Also, a bit of unsolicited advice-remove old tags on items so when they’re marked down so your customers don’t know exactly how much your ripping them off. The dress I wanted was marked last chance for $12 with a busted zipper. But your full price was $21 which you only offered a 10% discount due to the damage. Lastly, I’ve shopped here many times before and you’ve always provided bags to carry purchased items in. Your quality and service has fallen drastically. Do better.

Visited New Uses not Clothes Mentor. Although, we've sold items to both stores. This time though we sold to New Uses. Depending on the item and condition, if they price it to sell at half the current market value they pay the seller at least a third. There you have it. Thank you.

So you bring in your gently used clothes. They go through them and decide what to keep. They give you a price and you either accept on cash (maybe store credit?) or not.
