WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE, DO NOT GO TO THAT BRANCH. I wasted 3 hours of my life waiting for them to attend me, I was in a layover in Miami and it was the closest agency to where I was staying, I arrived and they informed me that since I did not have an appointment I could wait a moment until an agent is released, That moment turned into 3 hours waiting and in the end the manager came over to tell me that I could wait all day but that they probably wouldn't be able to help me, I told her that I was only going to do 2 wire transfers that usually don't take long, well she teasingly told me there was no way to do it fast. So I resigned myself to another agency to try my luck, I arrived at the International Mall agency on 107th and from the service to the transfer it took 5 minutes.

My experience was bad, it happened to me on August 17 around 5:45 pm I went to deposit cash at the ATM that is inside the bank and I did not accept the amount, it was less than 50 bills, I called the man who was in front of the room and he told me to make the deposit in parts so I did and the ATM returned the cash again but this time it did not return 50 I mean he stopped giving me a 50 bill, I informed the man who was in the room and he told me that I should call , I had to stand in line and deposit the difference with the cashier. I think that his duty would have been to call as a representative of the Bank that it is so that my problem will be solved that I did not cause, as a client of this Wells Fargo bank I did not feel attended to and I left the branch without receiving my 50 dollars.
