I see that in the bank there are some busy hours. There must be another employee available to serve customers. Sometimes there are queues of more than 5 people. I see that the bank has music in the background. I find it annoying. I prefer no music. ATMs outside are slow. It takes like 30 seconds to go through a process. The bank has to fix it.

Worst bank in MIAMI... This branch and customer service the worst in MIAMI. DEPOSITED outside atm and machine turned off!!! Now 1 to 2 days to figure it out!!!! Cant wait to close after over 20 years here!!!!! BASURAAAAAA

In my opinion, Chase Bank is the worst that exists as a bank... I do not recommend it to anyone
