The ORV routes weren't groomed very well but still led us through miles of beautiful forest.
SK TREE

Trails are not clearly marked to track your route and direction. No signs posted for gas nor restaurants. Trails have not been groomed in 4 weeks so it was a very rough ride. The trees were in full color so that was very nice to see. Hunters were walking with their guns and it is not posted to stay out for hunting nor no hunting. I do not know if we were in the wrong or the hunter. I am sure one of us had to be in the wrong spot.
Jessie's world
I wasnt able to explore the whole place but I did find a quiet area by myself where I wasn't bothered by a bunch of people to go camping. Was a great experience will be going back

Yes,you just need to get a free permit from the dnr office in Roscommon. There located in a little covered building on the side of the driveway.
Yes, you can go to DNR website and download trail maps of the area.
It's a forest. No office on-site. Would have to call the Roscommon DNR office or just go the dispersed camping route. Just make sure to check the rules and regs on the DNR site
