Absolutely disgusting. There’s no other city that has stations this filthy like Philadelphia. The 12/13th stop is nothing but urine, people in tents and rats scrambling when you walk by. Philly is a gross city.

This station is very clean and convenient for using PATCO trains to or from NJ. It's not very helpful for traveling within Philly. If you need to get around center city, take Septa instead. Other than that, the station is good and fare prices are reasonable.
