My calls and messages to the online teleheslth platform were ignored. Then I made a 1:30 appointment about a month out. It was confirmed a week before the appointment but the day before it was changed without notifying me to 9:45 - a time when I am working.

Show up early on many occasions usually around 10 a.m., seen late. Left so later with out referrals. When i really needed them. Nurses @checkout are rude. But I don't let that negative energy interfere with my day.To call in, is nearly impossible to reach someone in the office. Gave 3 stars, for the care I received. Hit or miss tbh.

Labor and delivery experience was amazing. However, the receptionist at the Klein building, so unprofessional and rude. It is unfortunate that I referred someone to this OBGYN office and have experienced the same thing.

Even though your question is now a yr old...because of patient autonomy in which you advocate for self when it concerns your care, you can request blood work to show hcg instead of a urine test if you felt that you were pregnant
