I used to really love this office but recently it’s been horrible. Three times now I’ve made appointments over the phone, and all three times I get a phone call a few days prior to the appointment day saying they accidentally over booked and I’ll need to reschedule… I’ve taken off of work now THREE times for no reason. That’s almost an entire weeks pay gone because they don’t have calendars or something. I completely understood the first time, accidents happen. The second time, okay maybe you’re just short staffed, but 3? That’s ridiculous

Had a terrible experience here. Constantly waited longgg waits for my appointments. It is always impossible to get someone on the phone! Forget concerns you may have they are constantly dismissed. So much gaslighting here. Condescending tones. You are simply just a punched ticket here.
