Room was out dated, safety bar in shower was broken. The picture that shows a pool, it is not a pool anymore. That was filled in with dirt now. It is about a 30 minute walk to Saratoga park from this hotel.

First, getting someone to return a call is difficult. Second, owner required me to mail a check because he doesn't take electronic payments, then he didn't deposit it so I called to confirm the reservation. I was told to bring cash. Third, entering the room we were assaulted by the smell of disinfectant cleaner, think Pine Sol but not in a good, clean way. The room was dated, bare bones, a little scary and I'm pretty sure I heard a drug deal in the parking lot. Cash business, possible shady activity - think Ozark then stay away.

This was the WORST experience! We reserved a room at the Springs Motel, the day before check in we were told that Expedia overbooked the motel and that they had a room for us at one of their other motels called "Le Club" across the street from SPAC since we were going for a concert. When we arrived at the address given for the new motel (120 S Broadway) it was basically an abandoned motel. The sink was backed up the first time we washed our hands, toilet wasn't clean, shower was rusty. The main entrance was closed and packed with random items since clearly the motel was not open to the public.

Horrific! I had booked this hotel for a weekend away with my husband. Concert and the track. They were over booked and sent us down the street to another property they own. It was disgusting! First the hotel was closed, no staff the room was dirty and horrible. They did nothing for me, no refund, nothing. I am horrified by the conditions of the place they sent me. See pictures. I will never book with them again. They couldn't even call me back when I left several messages. I laid full price for what should have been a clean room and got a dump.
