Pittsville ford service so far has been great. Helpful and professional. My experience with Ford itself has been a different story. QA has apparently gone out the door and it doesn’t seem like it matters to them. Stay away from anything with a 10 speed transmission.

Mark was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable and ready to help me any way he could. I recommend taking very good care of him, someone like him (especially at his age) is very rare to come by. I also thoroughly enjoyed "Best Deal Bruce" ... he was knowledgeable without being too pushy and tried to keep the process of signing a million papers entertaining... and he was successful at that. I have already reccomeded these 2 men and this establishment to many friends and family in the market for a new car!
