At this point, I will never buy another Ford and if I did I certainly would not bring it back to Angela Krouse for servicing. Furthermore, I would recommend that anyone owning a Ford steer clear of this location for servicing. Go somewhere else. This isn’t personal--The people involved have been mostly friendly (with one exception). The character limit for this review won't let me unfold the entire saga but in short--I have wasted a ton of time and money so that Angela Krouse Ford can chase problems that may be minor or may be major with my vehicle but to this point have not been correctly identified even after spending $7K and picking the vehicle up on 4 different occasions with the assurance that it had been fixed and was running well--even though that was not the case. After 9 weeks without my primary family vehicle and $7K of fixes it is basically in the same condition as it was when I originally dropped it off. I still have a vehicle that doesn’t run properly and needs work but my wallet is $7K lighter than when I started the process. Don't walk, run from this location.

NEVER NEVER NEVER will I EVER come here for an oil change here my husband arrived at 11:30 and he was told 2-3 hours it is now 2:30 and they have yet to start. NEVER NEVER AGAIN! RIDICULOUS! NO EXCUSE! ZERO EXCUSE! NO COMMUNICATION with the customer at all. Waste of gas and my husband’s VALUABLE time. I’m FURIOUS!
