I have waited months to post a review to see if there was any rectification prior to posting. I was a long time customer of Prime Finds. I bought from them for so long that I have seen three of their different warehouses as they have a grown. This place is great for people in the public wanting to buy for personal use or a small amount of extra cash. I absolutely LOVE Katie! However I am severely disappointed as a long-standing customer with what I thought was a great relationship as a business buyer unfortunately I will not buy from them any longer. After issues with several loads and deals were worked out with the owner. After the last few loads and continuing issues I have no longer be able to get in touch with the owner regarding discrepancies in pricing and manifests that have gone on entirely too long. I placed numerous calls to the owner with no return call which is extremely poor customer service for someone that has been with them for so long. I fear that they have gotten too big which is great for any business but with the inability to maintain customer relations. As I said I think this is a great pallet place for people that are purchasing from the public but I definitely do not recommend for business buyers. Which is unfortunate considering they were my local go to for several years. Although I do spend a decent amount of money with them I’m sure it does not affect them to loose my business but as a business owner as well it is sad and unfortunate as I feel as though their business model has changed significantly. I feel as though as they have grown they have started to cater more to public sales and higher prices.

Drove over an hour from Jonesboro, get there and have to wait due to an inspection of some sort, then walk inside employees just standing around looking at us. Someone finally asks if we need help and points us to the section with the new walmart pallets. No prices on anything and we're told only Taylor knows the prices...find Taylor on the forklift and he tells the guy its gone be a min before he can tell us prices ...we walked straight out what a waste of time to travel that far for nothing. Not as well organized as other places I buy from, customer service is not even bare minimum acceptable like total let down. Luckily we were able to check out a few places in Duluth and buy since we traveled all that way but man this was a HUGE let down.
