I took my husbands f150 in for an oil change, Friday morning waited 30 minutes to be greeted, I asked and asked and asked for assistance and nobody would help me. I finally walked into the managers office where John usually is if he ain’t out there to greet me and was told I would have to come back next week. I have always took my vehicles here but I didn’t recognize anyone. The manager had attitude and isn’t who I usually deal with. I asked for John and they said he no longer work there. I asked for hunter and they said he ain’t there no more neither. The people who do work there now look like hood rats the way they dress and the way they act. What in the world is happening. I have never been so disappointed. The store looks like just filth from the floor up. If anyone knows where John is let me know. I’m trying to find his number. This is ridiculous. I won’t be back. Next week for an oil change? Nah. I’ll take my Pennie’s somewhere else. We done spent a lot of Pennie’s with John but no more. It’s the complete disrespect for me.

I just left the service department and I wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged. I stayed for 12 minutes and not a soul spoke to me. I’m a black man in a Servcie bay in a newer car and literally not a soul spoke to me I feel it’s because I wasn’t taken seriously. I’m in a 2020 ford vehicle looking for Servcie and I truly feel discriminated against. Several employees looked right at me and didn’t even speak watched me stand there and didn’t say a word. I don’t recommend a soul visit this service department. This was low and ridiculous. Twelve minutes and this is the manager he saw me a few times as well and no one came to speak until I was so frustrated I left. I took it upon myself to stop after pulling out of the bay to leave to let the manager know my experience and dissatisfaction.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. This is one of the worst dealerships I’ve had to deal with. They are unprofessional and sell messed up cars. A week after I purchased a truck, I noticed that a check engine light kept coming on. If it happened this soon, that means it was probably happening before and Ford hid it from customers. We take it to the dealership and they do a diagnostic and say it’s nothing. It happens again. We take it back to the dealership and they say it’s the solenoid. They told us it’d cost thousands to fix the solenoid, but they didn’t bother to fix the solenoid while it was in their possession, before selling it to someone. I tried going back but they told me it HAS to be the solenoid. I have the solenoid replaced, check engine still comes on. I have the camshaft position sensor replaced, check engine still comes on. This is a 2017 f150 with barely 90k miles on it. They have provided horrible customer service. I’ve even talked to them about bringing the car back but they refuse to do so. They cheated me out almost 30k and now I’m paying monthly for a car they sold me with problems they hid from customers. I’m beyond disappointed with this dealership and I would not recommend it to anyone. If you’re willing to risk lots of money on a used car, whose condition they’re going to lie to you about, then go for it.

They usually mail you a survey in the snail mail form. Takes a week, but you'll get it. And leave a review on the reviews section and describe your first hand experience.

The techs usually leave around 5 or 5:30 so it does not give them enough time to finish what they have already and leave.
They will tell you they will, but they have like one loaner, so good luck.
