Nice place to live. Beautiful apartments and the best part are the bathrooms but I spent a complete year complaining about the noise from neighbors upstairs and had no response. I moved out just because of that. If not I would stayed at least 2 more years

The management and maintenance team are amazing here. From my experience, management addresses concerns of tenants and maintenance works quickly and efficiently. I had an electrical problem that I submitted and the next morning they were able to come in and fix the problem by the time I got home. They communicate with the community well through text and email to ensure everyone knows about new policies implemented. I had a dog recently pass away from cancer and had to let them know that for my pet rent. Jason and McCall came to my apartment sending their condolences. Overall, best place I've rented from ever.

To say I've had a miserable experience with this apartment is an under statement. Me and my husband applied for an apartment almost 3 weeks ago. After we applied we had no response from anyone for almost a week. We left messages and got no answer. Finally we got in contact with someone and was told that they never processed our application. We asked during that time to change our apartment due to my husband getting a job offer and needing to push things back. We were informed that was no big deal. This was drawn out over another week and told we had to send them a million things. Finally we thought everything was good to go, nope. We get an email telling us that the unit was already taken. Mind you this entire time we were talking to the property manager, who had no idea what was going on the property she was managing. We were given the option to move into another apartment on a different floor with no garage which doesn't really feel like an option. We are now on the 3rd week and was not even given the option to delay move in time which at other apartments 1-2 weeks is standard practice free of charge. I would not advise anyone to be fooled by the good reviews, we were. We now are dealing with having to find another apartment, pay another fee, and pay largely increased price for a moving truck all because of a property manager who didn't even know units were spoken for when they were up on the website and anyone could apply for it and waste 50$.
