They run their company horribly. They should be ashamed of letting people leave their lot in unsafe conditions after denying is to test drive the car. I reported them to my insurance.

They claimed my tire was "inspected" and was okay.. The wires were showing and I'm lucky it didn't blow from the drive there all the way back to Tooele. They also denied us testing driving it. The new key fob they claimed was "top of the line" barely works. I wouldn't recommend anybody going to this company. They are deceitful and untrustworthy. I have a toddler and a newborn and they should be ashamed that they let me leave their lot with my tire looking the way it did.

They were very professional right from the get go. Great communication back and forth with the progress on my car. Great customer service. My car was finished sooner than expected, and looked better from when I bought it. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10 for me.

The staff is competent, polite, and goes out of their way to inform you of your car's status. Customer service and outreach is the very best.

Do I need to take everything out of my car before I drop it off for repair?

Yes, items should be removed before dropping off your vehicle. When your vehicle is being repaired it goes through processes such as disassembly and painting and unfortunately we have no room to store belongings. We mention this in our authorization form and will not be held responsible for items that are left in your vehicle.
