The staff at Boater's Outlet are amazing, especially Kurt. We bought a Carver cover for a used boat we just bought. When it came it didn't fit right even though we bought what was recommended on the Carver website. Kurt went to bat for us with Carver and they returned a cover to us that fits perfectly. I really appreciate the time, effort and concern that he put into making this right even when it was really an issue between Carver and I. Having said that, I would still highly recommend a Carver cover. This is our second cover from them and they work so much better than a lot of the "factory" ones that I have seen out there. They are very durable and built to last for a very good price. Thanks again to Kurt and everyone at Boater's Outlet!

One of the best boat shops in town I just bought a new wake vote a few months ago and if needed a few parts for it every single time I walk in there their prices are better and they are super friendly always there to answer my questions help and talk for hours if I wanted to. The owner is super friendly and he will do what he can to take care of you I will always take my business to them !
