Every visit that I make to the Willingboro Post Office is pleasant. I always go to the Korean gentleman & I say hello & thank you to him in Korean; he smiles when I speak his language & that Po stal Worker is always very nice to me.

Usually delivery is great but today my mail was left outside on top of a decoration. It was not put under anything to make sure it was secured. It was very windy and about to rain so it could blown away if I didn’t come out when I did. I tried calling to post office at 4:32PM and to no avail no answer. It’s supposed to be opened until 5:00PM according to the website. Hopefully, I won’t experience this again.

Cant recommend this Post Office. The Indian guy there is particularly rude and impatient he's such a diva. The black woman just sits there doesn't look like she wants to work, looks bothered when she has to help a customer, but the other staff in general is pretty helpful.

If you get informed delivery make sure to mark the pieces not received so it is reported. I would suggest you not delete those emails. You can also report it to the main USPS number. A customer service representative will give you an incident number.

I don't think calling the police is a good idea but you can call the shipper if the package hasn't been shipped yet.
