I have NEVER been so upset as I was today with any staff memeber, the manager that was on duty today was just so unhelpful I will keep coming to this gym because is the closest one I have but the way he made me feel really leaves me with out words. I know i can't do anything but he needs some training on how to handle memebers concerns as well as to listen. Poor lack of leadership I hope the GM of this facility and or the regional manager reads this and gives their manager the appropriate training they need. I will say they have some good staff like the one that help me join this club he was super helpful I forgot his name but him and the other person at the front desk were very helpful they actually were trying to help.

When I was there the staff were judgemental and rude. They enjoyed making fun of guests and even mocking them at times. I wouldn't recommend this place for beginners. Go somewhere else; this place will be fake nice in your face but judge and talk junk behind your backs. Be warned

Collegeville is outdated. Floor carpet is shot. Equipment good. Not overly crowded. Need more classes.
