Agree with many reviews below. The older asian lady is extremely rude..I was taken aback by her brashness and behavior..

Over the past three years they have lost hundreds of dollars worth of my first class paid packages. Always ship priority with this location to make sure your items are insured.

One of the two women working the counter this afternoon is off the hook unprofessional, rude, & ridiculous. Looking at other reviews, I surmise the same person. Have lived in the community almost 30 yrs & never had a problem w/ this PO but I'll never, ever enter again if this individual is working there. I left with my package rather than engaging with her another second.

It's most likely that the route that your community is in has a new substitute carrier. Most people don't realize that it's not the same mail carrier every single day. When the regular carrier is off or sick the route is covered by a substitute carrier or possibly split up between the other regular carriers. Most routes have between 500 to 900 houses to deliver to each day, and this can be overwhelming to new substitutes. It's also overwhelming to regular carriers who have a limited amount of time to return to the office with the days collection mail. So racing against the clock and things like postal vans breaking down a lot recently can cause carriers who may never have even been in your neighborhood to speed through and make unintentional mistakes in fear of disciplinary action when being late for final mail collection at the end of the day. Please hang tight as these substitutes learn. Being a carrier is a hard and confusing job for some of them. It's not an easy job.
I am not sure.. but I think you cannot do it thete
Check at travel state.gov for nearby processing
I don't understand ur question
If file a complaint at usps.com. It will be directed to the supervisor at the PO you want to email.
Collegeville does not do passports anymore
My mail has been held since 1/17/2018, and delivery was to commence on 1/26/18. When can I expect delivery?
No, they do not.
I would think that at Collegeville, you would just be able to take it up to the counter without having to wait?
