Call 311 and file a complaint against the landlord. He will get fined until he addresses it.

How long does it take to get a permit to construct a deck at the back of my house?
I live in a condo in Philadelphia I recently had or they had to replace a piece of the sewer pipe but go through my middle 3 floors I’m in middle wall to replace. I noticed amd others said Wow this is PBC this is not code? Is it?!

License & Inspection moved back in October 2017
So my house went up for sheriff sale. A new owner had bought it. I still have a pending lease. The landlord now wants me to pay another 1st last and security deposit. L&I has been In My home several times. Nothing still hasn’t been fixed.I need help
