Waste of going to this Jacksonville pediatrics associates. Don’t waste your time. Even if the kids needs some medical assistance immediately you’ll never get an appointment.Instead they suggest to do virtual visit for severe fever. I’m totally disappointed

Pediatric associates are great. However while making a virtual visit, I was visiting with Doctor Christy Szafranski, who rudely disconnected our meeting without any type of warning. Very rude, interrupted me while speaking and acted as though she couldn’t help with any guidance concerning my child’s issue even though I uploaded clear photos of my child’s problem. Please seek further customer service training.

My 2 oldest kids have been going to JPA since they were new born a when they was located on boulevard now they are 14-13 years old and my 1year old baby girl goes here. The staff is very friendly
