Doctor doesn’t have appointments for a month out and can’t send in a prescription that I’ve been taking for years for migraines until I come in. It’s getting ridiculous all the problems I have here.

There main problem is the app it says 48 hours for a reply but nothing gets done! When people need help you guys get paid to do that so someone shouldn’t have to wait a week for refills.

It's my General Practitioners office. I see a Nurse Practitioner that I just LOVE, Ms. Ladson. She had lots of experience from the hospital first before coming over. Nurse practitioners listen and tend to want to get to the answers of things more than doctors.

You have to go and get a Shands card and your primary will refer you to the orthopedic doctors ...apy for financial assistants at 10th and boulevard st.

Apply for a Shand's indigent card. You have to prove that you have minimal income, or no income, and that you are a resident of Duval county. Lots of red tape but worth it.
You would need all Documents from your Doctor of all diagnosis next step you need to apply for Disablity benefits at your nearest Social security office they will make the Determation along with your Drs. I hope this helps 😊
