My experience shopping at this shop was horrible. The owner is very rude & disrespectful. I came in with my children to make a purchase & I asked him for advise on a product. He rudely declined to help me and asked me to leave the store without selling me the product because I stated respectively that he was rude. He has zero customer service skills. I will never spend my money there again and everyone I know I will inform them to not shop there as well. Also, he rudely spoke bad about my children because my 4 YEAR OLD was touching some of his rocks. He stated “I told your child to stop touching my stuff”. How rude? It’s a toddler for lords sake. He has no compassion nor respect for his customers!! Please don’t spend your money here.
