Friendly quick service. San Marcos location is the one we use the most. They always come through when we need them. Fair prices. After looking at the other reviews, I want to add that we always call the local number to book and ask what vehicles they have. We usually turn down all the damage insurances they offer, but have never felt pressure to purchase it. I've never had a problem with them over charging me. The San Marcos location is also pretty convenient because it offers after hours drop off.

I have to leave 1 star. I was given a rental car with a damaged tire which I had to replace out of pocket. I was told it would be reimbursed, but since then I have not been paid back. Enterprise has made it difficult to receive my payment back, I don't know if I'll rent again through them.

Do yourself a favor & do not rent a car from this location. On the day their car was supposed to be ready for me (after my reservation had been there for 2 weeks) I called to make sure that I would indeed have a car they said “Yes, it’s ready to go.” But once I arrived at their office, yeah NO CAR. My husband & I sat & waited for over an hour just by happenstance, one rolled in, they had no idea it was coming so I’m not sure what they think reservations are for here. The car they did give me had the previous customer’s wallet still in the glovebox & there were warning lights for the engine & tires going off the whole trip. I was so happy to return it & get away from Enterprise forever that I left my handicapped placard so of course, they either kept it or gave it to someone else, which is a misdemeanor but they straight up didn’t care. Biggest bunch of clueless Millenials you will ever see in one place at the same time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! TRY SEGUIN, NEW BRAUNFELS OR ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! They are so unprofessional. Its as if they do not want to rent a vehicle or offer customer service!! My insurance agent told me to ask for my Ins's rate even though I didnt have rental coverage. The Enterprise rep absolutely wouldnt even listen. Immediately said my ins agent had to call & make reservation to honor an INS rate. Rep was very rude. I called Seguin Enterprise location & the branch manager named Mr. Man See was extremely professional. He had no problem honoring my insurance's rate. All I had to do was give him my INS Co name & claim#. Mr. See had me in a vehicle within 30 minutes with a smile. Love Seguin Enterprise rent-a-car!!!
