The store’s curbside department forgot several bags in my curbside order, which is understandable as mistakes are easy to happen. However, when I called about it they were very clearly annoyed at me asking for the items I paid for and when I picked them up they treated me as an inconvenience, despite the fact that I was having to drive 30 minutes across town and 30 minutes back because of their mistake. Do not use their curbside if you can avoid it.

I've been shopping since the early 90's I love the brands and everything they offer. Today I went to use the men's room and noticed a worker by the name Stoney using the urinal with his apron on, he didn't wash his hands but did use some hand sanitizer. I'm not in the food industry but I'm pretty sure you should remove the apron before using the urinal. I spoke to a manager and she was very friendly and helpful ,I hope that they can let employees be aware of hygiene , especially when it comes to handling food. Before I spoke to the manager I followed Stoney to the the back and he went straight to work ,in the meat area. This is one reason germs can be spread, and who knows what else! Thanks again HEB .

I was checking out at the self checkout line and the woman working there, Tatiana, was super helpful! I had to come back in because I forgot my receipt and she helped me pull receipts out from behind the machines and go through them until I found my receipt. She was super kind and very helpful…I was so grateful she was there. :)

I don't have an HEB near me YET so I like to go whenever I can. My daughter goes to school in San Marcos and I was visiting her for the weekend so, I took her shopping. I love this store because you can pretty much find anything you need and then some!! I can't wait for the store in McKinney!
