I've paid way less for way better. The entire facility seemed pretty rundown and outdated. The staff was nice and the rooms felt clean. Lights in my room didn't work and the outlets were ridiculously loose, I'm surprised it could charge my phone. The block would just fall out. The tub was stained pretty nasty, wallpaper was peeling and the ceiling looked like there was a good amount of water damage and mold. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I would not stay here by far the worst stay I have had at Hampton Inn. The room was disgusting and was not clean. We walked in and we were so disgusted we immediately left and went to another hotel. The room had spider webs along the wall and ceiling. A roof leak was over the toilet and had a huge wet spot, the tub had pubic hair in it. The carpet was falling apart and was running onto the tile. The refrigerator had brown stains around it. Would not recommend this hotel. Stay very far away from it. After seeing all these things within the first 30 minutes of being here we went downstairs to see if we can get the issue resolved. It was not! She simply said sorry and wouldn't give us a receipt. I'll be calling corporate because I was charged for two nights I didn't stay.

This is an older hotel. There has definitely been effort to maintain it well, but nevertheless it needed some attention. The electrical outlets for cell phone chargers, etc. in our room were too large, and so we hence had difficulty charging our phones. (The plugs for our charging cables often would not stay in place). Both of us had this issue. Our room itself was clean, but the shower was not clean when we arrived - it had some hair in it. We enjoyed that our suite had a lot of room. The commons area was nice. A buffet-style hot breakfast was provided, but on one morning an employee who was in charge of bringing out the food was not wearing a mask, which concerned us. The quality of breakfast food was acceptable. All of the staff at the front desk seemed conscientious; we appreciated them. Trash (candy wrappers) was in the elevator for a couple of days. I was glad I was a member of Hilton Honors (rewards program), as this allowed us free access to premium internet. I suggest anyone who is not a member of this join before staying at Hampton/Hilton properties. Location of the hotel was convenient - right by I-35, northbound side. And it was easy to get in and out of the parking area. This was an acceptable hotel unless one is fairly picky. In that case, the concerns I noted would be bothersome.

Positive: Huge room designed for a handicapped person. Shower head was broken, and getting it to aim The water correctly was impossible. Power operated shades were great once we figured Out how to work them...No instructions. Negative: Very difficult to access the parking lot. Automatic weapons Closers on doors were very loud and woke us Often.
