All the big HEB's I know of, in San Marcos, is on Thorpe and Hopkins. The HEB I'm referring to is an H-E-B plus, I believe. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
Someone told me a couple of weeks ago that HEB is planning to build on Hunter Rd but haven't been cleared by the city of San Marcos. They didn't say what size.
