5 out of 5! I joined Krave Gym in June 2021 completely out of shape, out of motivation, never having been a formal athlete, and really wanting to make a change. I immediately felt welcomed and encouraged by the coaches and other team members taking classes. There’s great variety in every class involving strength training with rack weights and barbels (power blocks) as well as agility exercises, endurance and striking technique. Every 8 weeks is a focus on a new discipline, which helps keep things interesting and motivating on an ongoing basis. Best of all, I’ve made some great friendships, can participate in charitable events with the team each season and enjoy getting healthy now. It’s definitely worth checking out Krave regardless of your athletic abilities or current health status. It’s a TEAM you’ll want to be a part of!

24 hour access and group sessions are an excellent, uplifting, yet intense environment. the owners are kind and dedicated (also helping me through app/technical problems) and this gym has me feeling the best physically in almost a decade, with a nutrition plan starting up also. Can’t say enough good things

Love this place. My wife has been a member for a number of years. She took me along to a ‘try the gym’ day. I signed up the next day. It added a much needed dimension to my triathlon training program. The coaches are awesome. Their focus on form over reps is very welcomed. I wholeheartedly recommend

Krave Gym has THE BEST coaches and the most encouraging environment of a gym that I’ve ever been a member of! I have never been pushed past my limits as much as I have here...in a good way of course! If you need help with your form, it’s pointed out and not just let go like other gyms. I highly recommend becoming an athlete at Krave gym!
