Quick stop while traveling on I-35. This campground was a peaceful and quiet. You have to meander about 10 mins off I-35 to get here, but the time is well worth it. No highway noise. Very few campers. Sites are concrete and level with a large patio. Electric available at all sites. No water for us, as we were there in early March. Will stop again. This campground is on my list of places to use while travelling I-35.

I mean, it's a campground. Certainly nothing spectacular about it. There are no showers and the small bathrooms are dirty and FULL of spiders. Not a bad place, but definitely not good for those who prefer better amenities.

Well-kept, pleasant campground, easily accessible. Modern bathrooms but no showers. A tremendous bargain at $17 ($21 if booked online at Reserve America). Sites see generous sized, and include full hookups. Peaceful, yet easy drive to many of the area attractions.

The campground has 21 sites, only five are non-reservable - meaning you’d couldn’t do it online but would have to be here in person. All camp sites have a concrete pad with an electrical post. There are a few full hookup sites.
2021 rates were $12/night for electric sites & $18/night for full hookup sites. 21 sites total, 8 of which offer full hookups, 5 electric sites with 50amp service and 8 electric sites with 30amp service.
Most reserved sites are now full hookup I believe the price is atound$15-$20 There are also 2 first come sites that are full hookup
Campground is open year round. Bathrooms are closed during the winter. Water is also shut off. When I visited in the winter, a couple sites looked maybe like they had been shoveled clear and the main road through the campground was plowed (not the short side loops or all of the campsites).
