The hotel on the 3rd floor had a bad (urine) scent. Rooms do not get cleaned unless you ask and then even then was not cleaned. Our stay was 5 days and we didn’t get one clean. Our bathroom light went out and it took 2 days to replace the light. Not easy getting ready in a dark room. Would not recommend based on our stay I did give 2 stars for the clean lobby, conference room and morning breakfast option.

We stayed here for my birthday weekend. My husband paid extra for wine and chocolates to be in the room. Never received them. Waiting to see refund. We had a handicap room on the second floor. How can they legally have a handicap room on the second room? I hope they had a handicap room on the 1st floor. When we went to leave the elevator area smelled like puke.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! We had to cancel our reservation because we were sick with COVID. We gave 5 days notice. They refused to give us a refund and still charged us $200. The manager laughed at me and hung up. He was so incredibly rude and smug. I will NEVER stay at a Marriott again.

Beds comfy. Staff friendly. Affordable and conveniently located near Jordan Creek. Pool is pretty basic, but does it's job. Elevators smell weird, reminds me of my Grandma's house in the 80s 🤣 all in all, enjoyed my experience. Would definitely stay here again.
