I have lived at Mariner's Glen for 3 years and have always had a positive experience with the office staff and maintenance crew. They're always helpful, positive and friendly. Melissa will always take the time to stop and say hi when she is out and about around the complex. Thank you all for making our complex our own little community, being friendly and keeping the grounds so clean and pretty!

This is a great place to live. The staff are always nice and quick to respond. I have submitted a couple of maintenance requests and they get them fixed right away. Froy is very professional and is a pleasure to have in my apartment. He is always happy and willing to help. I often see him outside on the grounds picking up trash. He has a pleasant disposition and a strong work ethic. I hope my rent does not increase again to where I can no longer afford to live here.

Had an outstanding experience working with the staff here. Melissa Lester in particular has been incredibly professional, informative and extremely understanding of our particular situation. We have yet to experience living in this great housing but if it's anything like our introduction we have some amazing things in store for us. Thank you Melissa!

We moved up here last Summer from California. As you can guess, not an easy move. But the staff at Mariners Glen was so helpful. They answered all of the dozens of questions we had about the home & area we were moving to. Now being here 8 months they’ve exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff. The neighbors are friendly. They are very quick with any maintenance concerns. The complex is beautiful. So many trees. I couldn’t have asked for more moving 2 states away.
