We got a trio set of weddings from there and got the lifetime warranty on them and took them in every 6 months for service. They jewlers never put it in to computer system that they were servicing them only in the paper book they gave us. When I took one of my rings in because the Dimond was loose and on the verge of falling out they said it was no longer covered by the warranty because the computer showed it was not serviced even though I have the papers they were signing with with the dates of service. Biggest rip off scam ever. Will never buy jewelry from there again! They scam you into a lifetime warranty that they will not keep records on so you can never use it. If they can't stand behind their own warranty and products they shouldn't sell it!

I used to shop here before I moved out of state 2 months ago. It was a fabulous store. The only place we shopped. I stopped in for a pit stop, gas, and restroom. To my surprise and horror the bathrooms were so bad they had the doors propped open, I'm guessing to allow fresh air in, with a sign posted to leave them open. I really had to go for miles, so I had that mindset already, expecting a clean bathroom going in. So I proceeded into the stall, eyes watering. Papers all over the floor, tp dispenser falling off the wall, and a toilet with pink stuff growing all over it. 🙄 so do you go or not at this point you ask? WELL, IT WAS HOVER OR WET MYSELF. So I say to the ladies wearing masks in there with me. "Never mind COVID what you are going to catch in here is far worse". So one lady tells me she feels for them because they don't have staff to clean, (as I saw 4 people talking at the service desk coming in and leaving and one playing with paper bags at a closed checkstand) but corporate forces them to open anyways and burger King is far worse than here and how horrible she feels for these people. I said well, the health department should close them down. They have staff they just do not have effectively ran and trained staff. This was gross and going to really cause someone to get sick. I really hope they clean this place up, I was sad to see it this way.

Lots of parking and several other businesses surrounding the complex.
