Is this a 55 plus Senior living apartment complex or 62 and over or is it 62 and disabled? How is management and the property managers? Big turnover? Is it quiet? Clean dirty?

Its a Senior living and disabled Federally funded apartment building. You don't have to be 55 and disabled. You can be any age and disabled. Yes its quiet and clean. The big turnover is with managers but we just got new property managers and a new assistant manager. And I think they will work out just fine! Seniors are 55 and up.

No there isnt one bedroom only, but its for senjors and disabled.

Are these for people 60 years of age on SSI? I earn $755 a month could I afford to live here?

Yes. Contact management for details. I believe the property is for Seniors 65+ and Disabled over 18. I have applied here and I'm 50 and on SSDI. Also, rent is 30% of your income.
